We’ve been using Terminix for our quarterly service, and I can’t say enough good things about our technician, Charles. He is genuinely one of the friendliest, most professional service people we’ve ever worked with. He always sends a reminder ahead of time explaining when he’s coming and exactly what he’ll be doing, which I really appreciate. If we ever have questions, we can text him and he responds promptly and thoroughly. On the day of service, he always comes to the door first to say hello, check in with us, and ask if we’ve noticed any pest issues he should be aware of before he starts. He’s incredibly reliable — he shows up exactly when he says he will — and he never rushes. He also gives us a friendly reminder to keep our dog inside for a couple of hours after the treatment, which shows how thoughtful and attentive he is. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about his customers. Because of him, dealing with pest control is easy, stress-free, and actually pleasant. Five stars without hesitation.

From the person who negotiated our contract to every technician who has visited our home to control, not only insects, but rodents, we have enjoyed excellent customer service, quick responses and the most professional treatment all the way around. We met our quarterly service technician, Ryan, today who went beyond the norm to do his job and to assure us that we can depend on him. Brent, inspector extraordinaire did an outstanding job at our home’s interior and exterior inspection. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough. He even took the time to explain our options should we decide to have exterior subterranean traps set in the future, since we live off a canyon and different species of termites have been known to to navigate in our neighborhood. Overall, a pleasant experience, and while, fortunately, we didn’t have any visible signs of termites, an annual inspection is a necessity and Terminex has been our go-to company for many, many years.

Roof Destroyed by Terminix – Gross Negligence Terminix fumigated my home in April 2025 and caused catastrophic roof damage. Pre-fumigation: 46 broken tiles. Post-fumigation: 182 broken tiles. Physical inspection: +54 more tiles + underlayment/flat roof failure. Repairs exceeded $19,500. Terminix tried to deflect with waivers, but under California law, waivers do not excuse gross negligence. Homeowners beware – my roof was serviceable before fumigation, but Terminix left it in shambles and refuses accountability. Terminix Responded to me: A classic deflection response trying to rely on the waivers and my roof warranty to argue that the damage was “expected” rather than gross negligence. Terminix admits roof damage was 'highly possible and very likely,' yet failed to take basic protective measures during fumigation. A waiver does not excuse gross negligence — California law is clear. Independent inspections prove 136+ new broken tiles caused directly by their crew. $19,500 in damages is not a 'rare occurrence' — it’s failure to exercise reasonable care."
