Long story short, don't use them unless you like paying someone for not doing anything. I signed up for Terminix 365 (supposedly unlimited service) in January. The first two months were great. After February I didn't get another service, so I scheduled one for May myself. When I asked for them to come sooner on the customer line, they said I only get quarterly service and could not do so. I said okay fine, it's May anyway I'm due if it's quarterly. Had two appointments scheduled for May on May 14th, they got lost. May 30th, no show. Now it's June, I call the line today to get the May bill taken off my account and cancel my service due to these issues and they said they could not remove the May bill, even though I received NO SERVICE because I'm monthly and get unlimited service (now I'm unlimited again, wow!). Ultimately they made me pay for March, April, and May in which I received absolutely no service on an unlimited account. I'm a pretty easy going person and rarely leave bad reviews, so please don't let yourself be out of $120+.

Michael was professional and knowledgeable in evaluating our termite situation. Carlos did a fantastic job performing the maintenance. He was professional and courteous, always giving great care to our home and property. Both were excellent communicators and we were more than satisfied with the price, terms, and labor performed. Would absolutely recommend and service is well worth the price.

Paid $250 for termite inspection. Report was not thorough. Many issues were not caught as my other home inspections suggested. I called to request a detailed report. Haven't heard back from them. I DO NOT recommend Terminix at all! They overcharge and provide useless report.
