I have used this company for years now. I live right on the river so I have a multitude of different varieties of spiders and bugs. They do seem to take control of most of them during the summer is more of a challenge because there’s a lot more spiders and yellow jackets around, but they’ll take care of that too. I have never been so disappointed in a company. I have been stood up multiple times, had appointments rescheduled without my notice, technicians have showed up late and been rude to me. I’ve called and requested a follow up from the branch manager Oswaldo, to never hear from him. This branch does not care about their customers and if I could give negative starts I would. I would highly recommend finding any other company than this terminix. If you like wasted time and paying for terrible service then this is the company for you.

Very happy with Terminix. They are thorough with making sure our home is free from the majority of pest and rodents. I know it's completely impossible to have them gone 100% but for the last 10 years of having them, we have never had any issues except for the occasional ant issue. But once they come out and do some treatment? Ants are gone.
