Garrett Ormsby was my Terminix technician for the exterior pest spray. He arrived right on time. I manage a 4 unit complex. I only needed to point out a few things on the property, and he took care of the rest. He brushed off all the webs and thoroughly sprayed the buildings grounds, back patios and any areas needed for the pest spray. He’s extremely pleasant to talk to, answered any questions I had, and took the time to respond to my mom (non-English speaker). Garrett is nice, respectful, thoroughly quick with the work; and I didn’t need to lift a finger (major plus) - esp as a woman.
