Charged my card before performing any service. Someone was supposed to come out for an inspection first for some reason. The guy called me an hour late saying he was at the house, but I was not (since this was outside of the time he said he would arrive). The second time, the inspector never showed up and never called. When I called customer service about this, they told me they don't schedule inspections for ant service, which is what I had requested. They offered to send a technician out the next day, but I told them I was tired of dealing with them by this point and bothered by the fact that I was already charged for a service I had not yet received. I spent 3 hours on hold getting passed around to different associates before I was told they forwarded my refund request to a different team and that it would take some time for them to review it. I called back and kept getting the same story. It would take time before they could review the request, they told me. 3 weeks passed, no refund. Called one last time, the woman refunded me right away saying that no one had submitted a request for a refund. Incredible. They ask for your card information and payment upfront before you can even see the quality (or lack thereof) of their service and then stall your refund in the hopes you forget.
