Got scammed into a 1 year agreement with this company, they came out once and didnt address the issues that were pointed out so i took care of it myself after they increased after the "service was provided." So i had to reclean my kitchen after the ant issue became a severe one. And now i am trying to get out of this scam agreement but am being told its over $600. All for a inefficient service that i no longer need. I will never use or recommend this company. I am now working on getting the money withdrawn back for my time. Sales Rep. Andrew with Terminix came out and introduced Terminix to me he is very knowageble, friendly and it was very comfortable talking to him. After telling me all about their services and reviewing my needs he set me up with 12 month plan, the transaction was great he handled it all.Andrew gave me a great price too. The next day Arturo came by he's very personal friendly and also answered all my questions and took care of my big Wasp problem I have been having. Arturo did a great job getting rid of the wasp. Awesome Job Arturo! Today our service technician Andrew C . came by for my Home Inspection. I really appreciate your kindness and professionalism, and attention to detail Andrew C. and for answering all our questions, and giving good advice. Also for taking down another wasp nest. My initial experience with Terminix wasn't good. The first two attempts to fix the first experience were also bad. Took leaving a negative review to get enough attention to cause somebody to try doing something. Calling them directly and asking apparently isn't motivating enough on its own. Once I canceled service and left a bad review, they then started making an effort to fix things. They then had somebody call, they couldn't get that done until it impacted their reviews. Then they finally sent a good tech. It would have been better to start with the good tech, or better yet, only have good techs. It also would make a better impression if calling the customer service actually caused them to try to fix things. The review caused one manager to be proactive and send the one good tech they have. The rest of the company still needs to put in the same level of effort if you want things to actually improve for all of your customers and to be consistent. I hope somebody within Terminix makes that effort.

They said they'd be here, we sat at home waiting for them and they never showed up. So we called to see why they never showed up. They apologized and rescheduled us for a later time Then they said they came by and serviced our property but weren't able to get a signature because we weren't home. Which was an absolute and complete lie because our property is surrounded by a 7' gate with a keypad you have to hit the call button for us to open the gate. And we were home the whole time. AND then to add insult to injury they charged us for a service they lied about and never did. We called them again and they rescheduled for a third time weeks later which was this morning at 10am. Nobody showed up. Nobody texted. Nobody called. Then we got a text at 6pm saying they were on their way. Then at 6:15 we got a text saying they can't service us because there's a gate. And the tech sent a photo showing the gate with a HUGE keypad to push the call button. Which is also called out in our account. I called the tech back immediately and got no answer. He called me back later and said I should have know he was on his way. Then he goes don't worry you won't be charged extra... I sure hope not! I'm already out the money for the previous service that they lied about and never did that we've been waiting weeks now for them to make right. Calling my bank in the morning to get our money back. Save yours and use somebody else.

Garret did an amazing job with bug and insect removal at my house today. He was professional, on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done thoroughly. You can tell he actually cares about the quality of his work and the customer experience. My place already feels way better, and I have a lot more peace of mind now. If you’re dealing with any kind of pest issue, I highly recommend asking for Garret. Great service all around.

I wish I could give a no star rating. Had an appt set up for today from 3 to 5. Took off work early and no one ever showed up. No phone call, no email nothing. I made the appt on the phone with a representative because thats how I prefer setting up appts. Ill never use this company.
