First time getting service for pest control service. I was weary due to some many mixed reviews and locked in contracts. My experience so far has been very positive. The representative was able to explain the process easily, allowing me to make a decision with all information I needed to know. The technician Shaquise was very communicative from day one, arrived on time, walked through the entire property with me asking relative questions and listening attentively to my concerns. He took his time to ensure all areas of need were met and did a wonderful job overall! He was professional and informative. Highly recommend this company if anyone is considering pest control service. Best of all no contract that locks you in and no penalties for cancelling your service.
