We appreciate Jose's thorough service, and attention to detail not just with spraying the perimeter but cleaning spider webs and making sure our per is secure in the home. During summer months Jose sprays monthly for mosquitos and always lets us know when he is coming out.

TL,DR: No - pay more for anyone else - it’s 100% worth it. Over promised - then no communication. Was told by the branch manager that the employee was no longer employed with the company because he was lying to customers. The Branch manager, and customer service, worked on a resolution to the issue to which the Branch Manger verbally agreed - and then declined the claims that he helped co-create. Customer service cannot do anything to except apologize. There is no ability to escalate the issue - it circles back to the individual branch and they just move on with their days. While this might be a trusted brand - this IS NOT a trusted branch. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. At this point - they’ve damaged our property without a resolution to fix it, have charged for service never performed, there is no follow up. I would gladly pay significantly more for a locally owned/managed service that has a sense of credibility.

We have been having Terminix come out and spray around our house for about a year now to deal with the ants that were constantly invading. Jason from Terminix comes out quarterly and does the treatments. He has always been very pleasant and professional. After the first treatment it was much better, and after two, we don’t have any ants coming in our house anymore. There was so many before and no amount of Raid could keep them out. Now, even after the rainy season, when they would always invade, there are no ants in our house. We are very pleased!

From the moment he arrived, Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our home was protected. He took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure all of my questions were answered. His friendly demeanor and thorough approach gave me confidence that our pest issues would be taken care of. We had quite an ant problem! Terminex came out for a second time today and got us in early before the end of the holiday. Thanks so so much for the early fix! Jason arrived early, refreshed our ant killer pods, checked the attic- sprayed the perimeter of. House and even took off all cobwebs outside of house!! Highly recommend him!!

We are extremely disappointed in Terminix’s lack of transparency and urgency regarding our home’s vulnerability during our tenting for termites. No one at the company explained to us that we could be robbed between the time the gas stops and the crew comes to remove the tent. Although we took many valuables, Terminix was less than vocal that break ins happen. They also said, “Leave your home security alarm OFF.” This ensured we would lose everything. The thieves broke in through our back door and took EVERYTHING THAT MEANT ANYTHING TO US! Including heirlooms, dog tags & collars from our beloved, deceased pets, jewelry, financial information, expensive tools, etc. The thieves have used our financials to steal from us online as well. We are angry, heartbroken, and reached out multiple times to ask for Terminix to verbally and in writing to be very clear on removing EVERYTHING you care about. They blew us off and said they could not change it. Terminix has still never reached out to apologize. They simply took our payment and walked away. When I called to talk to anyone in charge, I was told other families sleep in trailers, cars, or hire their own security personnel. TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE! SHAME ON TERMINIX! PROTECT YOURSELVES!

We’re so happy with our yearly inspection done this time by Mr. Ryan Pasion 10/16/24, his tasks were above and beyond for a thorough inspection even going up around the attic. We’re looking forward for our preventative termite treatments as we believe that it’s done every 5 years and we are due soon. It’s worth renewing and keeping the yearly termite insurance even the price keeps going up because they are always there to serve when needed.
