Carlos provided 5-star service today! He thoroughly assessed the rodent infestation in the attic, discovered many portals of access they are using, searched the entire house for termites, explained everything he was doing and checked the termite traps on the property. He was 100% professional and really educated us! Totally awesome! We were thrilled to have him help us!

Our pest control tech, Mark, is awesome! He has taken care of our home for the past 13 years. Mark sent me a text the day before indicating when he would be over the following day. I messaged back to confirm it really was a Saturday. Indeed it was and I was glad that we would be home at that time. I ended up messaging Mark with my concerns early in the morning the day of because I forgot that I had an online Zoom training for the first half of the day. Mark wrote back in response to my concerns and explained. He has also patiently answered my other calls with abundant questions in regards to pest control. He knows the area well, especially what the normal critters are and what to do to deal with the ones we don’t want around. We are so happy that Mark continues to take care of our home and our yard.
