Terminix was quick to respond to my request for a repair, they sent a knowledgeable technician, Luis Rodriquez who was able to answer all my questions and took care of the trap that needed to be replaced. He checked all of the traps and made sure all was good and all questions answered before leaving. He was respectful, professional and friendly and a good representative of Terminix.
