Kenneth, our service technician from Terminix is the absolute best! He thoroughly inspects every area of our home, inside and outside for evidence of all insects and pests. From the eaves to the foundation, he treats the entire perimeter and takes care that all spiders and insects are targeted. He removes any webs, too. Kenneth is dependable, punctual and courteous. He ensures that our home is insect free. Highly recommend!!

UPDATED: 9/18/2024- Terminix was supposed to come back out and set up traps for rodents, but they didn’t on the date they said they would. Another major concern is our garage door no longer works properly/the way it did prior to Terminix doing the work. I contacted Brandon Alvarado & he said he’d reach out to his supervisor Justin & Justin would reach out to us. I have NEVER heard from Justin despite leaving multiple messages for him to call me. I texted Brandon on 9/16 asking for the supervisor’s name & number above Justin & I have not received any information back. Our garage door still does not work properly and it’s going on 24 days. We’ve been Terminix customers for years and this project cost over $10,000. Once this is resolved , we’re going to research new companies that have acceptable customer service! We were having issues with rodents and were actually using a different company but weren’t seeing the results we wanted. We had been clients of Terminix for years but never knew about this service. Brandon Alvarado came out and did an inspection. He went over a plan to get the results we were looking for and in just two days, Terminix had our attic cleaned out, sterilized with new insulation and they screened any holes that rodents could access. There’s no price on peace of mind and that is what we now have. It feels amazing and Terminix was able to provide that!

I always had good service from Terminix, our Technician Fernando is the best yet: considerate in that he calls regularly to schedule his visit at a convenient time; courteous to my wife and self; competent in his inspection and spraying duties; pleasant to be around; and adores our aged dog, who loves him back. He is always prompt, courteous, and thorough - which is much appreciated. Cost is affordable. No higher praise can be heaped on Fernando. Best pest control company that I've dealt with.

We feel comfortable comfortable in knowing that you don't have to worry about the little critters around our home. Steven, he gave us his card, was very professional and very thorough in his explanation of what was going on and the areas he serviced. I’ve been using Terminix for my home for years, and I’m satisfied with the experience. Our service technician, Jose, has always been friendly and professional. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with Jose has been easy, as he is very accommodating. Jose is efficient when performing the service. I appreciate that he cleans the spider webs around the outside of our house upon request. While we do have some spiders in the yard, which is understandable, it’s reassuring to see that very few bugs make their way into our home.

Ryan Banks is a superlative technician! He always calls to ensure that he can access my property. He is thorough- taking time to investigate the entire perimeter of the property. He keeps me up to date with the seasons and the types of treatments my home requires. I encourage you to promote him so that he can train technicians on the extermination process and particularly, how to communicate with and engage customers. He deserves a raise. My Terminix technician, Ryan Banks, is great. These days you don’t always get what you pay for, but with Ryan, I feel like I get what I need from Terminix. He goes above and beyond my expectations! He is friendly, professional, on too of any issues, and educates me when I ask questions about spiders, ants, wasps, etc. I hope he sees this post.
