Our technician, Mr. Miller, was exceptional, very thorough and professional from start to finish. He clearly explained everything he was going to do and made sure the job was done right. Douglas, from Terminix, came to check termite baits, and to do a walkthrough including attic and crawl space. He was very thorough. He also pointed out a couple places where there were small dry ruts. Knowing there were no termite activities in the house was a big relief.

4/20/26 - SF Appointment time : 3-5pm : bed bug inspection This place is absolute trash. This inspector just comes in with the attitude of “it’s not bed bugs” and simply trying not to do his job at all cost - just wanting to get out of there , like he doesn’t want to do his job. When he arrived at 3:45pm, I greeted him and let him inside to inspect. As we walk through the kitchen I first wanted to show him the bug bite pics and he immediately is on defense and denial mode oh it’s not bed bug it wouldn’t bite the neck area(despite the bites being in a series row of three) only where the veins are , as he is pointing to the top of his wrist. Showing ZERO interest. Zero concern. Half looks at the 11 pics I tried to show him. This guy is a joke. Fire this guy to save your company. the heck is he talking about it can bite anywhere that’s exposed at night. Aren’t there veins on the neck too? hilarious. Already trash attitude. Coming in here like an angry know it all. No smile no greeting no customer service just a permanent scowl on his face. Wow what a great customer experience. Then we go inside the room. He doesn’t even inspect anything. At all. Doesn’t even try to do anything. Walks over three steps to my bed, just flips an inch of my blanket over with two fingers. And says there should be blood, see no blood. This is within FIVE seconds of entering the room. No desire not even the slightest will to try to do Anything. At all. Doesn’t do jack. Doesn’t want to do jack. I told him you don’t need to keep talking and talking and explaining and you’re not inspecting ANYTHING. Just do your job and inspect what it is if it’s not bed bug like you claim, while barely even lifting a finger or trying. He proceeds to explain there’s nothing to check. While not checking ANYThing. I try to scoot over the couch to the side hey look at the sideboards or anything. Nothing. He doesn’t want to do anything. He won’t do anything. So I just told him to get out. This guy must be here, just to get an easy check. It was raining today. Business is probably slow. He came in like he doesn’t want to do his job. I would NOT recommend this business. This place is a joke.
