Irresponsible specialists! They sent an inexperienced young man who spent two weeks doing who knows what in the attic. Initially, he said he caught a rat, but provided no photos or report. He damaged the insulation throughout the attic and scattered everything in the hallway. After two weeks, there was no result; something is still living in the attic, and the specialist found nothing. I do not recommend this company; there is no benefit to them except for the brand name.
