This branch will steal your money, lie to you, and has no idea how to get rid of pests. Worst customer service I have ever received from a management staff in my life. Oddly enough the rep is decent but gets no support. DO NOT use Terminix of Victorville in Big Bear CA as they will burn you bad. I have paid faithfully for termite service for 5 years and still have an issue they cannot get rid of. They just continue to try to sell me big dollar services to fix my problem that should be covered under my current program. Be warned and stay away front these thieves.

Greg Love is very knowledgeable, professional and reliable. He is the only reason we use Terminix. We have the choice of many companies. But Greg is the reason we have stayed with Terminix. However Terminix is pricey and they keep raising their prices. Unfortunately, we will eventually be forced to go elsewhere. In conclusion We give Greg high marks. He gets 5 stars.
