Only giving it a 3 star because of Preston S. Call for an inspection as we had recently took ownership of our new home late December. Early January we saw a mice run across our kitchen. Anthony came to inspect and mentioned there were several entry point, that we had 3 nesting up on the attic. Also recommend for us to give a complete clean out of the attic because of all the urine & droppings. Quotes unsafe for elderly & children. That alone was 5k we had to deny due to difficulties. We paid $500 for someone to come in and cover the entry l put glue. It’s been 2 weeks and only 1 mice was captured. At this point Anthony was just getting us to pay for unnecessary things. He also got us for a monthly charge of $137 monthly for a bate service & termites. I appreciate Preston’s work and Honestly.
