He was thorough and my husband and I will definitely request him for any future maintenance.

Douglas, who is our regular technician is always helpful and friendly, would highly recommend him for your service. Now with that being said, the local manager for this area has not reached out to discuss issues related to another service issue that has been on going for close to 2 months. Local manager has been informed by national and still no contact. If not for Douglas great service I would not recommend any other services for Terminix.
