Alex was great. He listened to my concerns and walked me thru what he was going to do then updated me when he was done. We had a field mouse in our home and I was so worried we have more. Both Alex and the first gentleman who came out first are top notch and thorough. Such a relief to know if any other mice show up he will come handle the traps. Set up service with them and I'm so relieved. Extremely satisfied with the service! Plus bonus to not have to spray outside for bugs it's included! He also advised me of what you expect and when for upcoming appointments. So happy with the service!!!

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Terminix. In particular, Brian Stevens has been completely on top of the issues in our house. We live up in the mountains in Colorado Springs, and have had mouse problems in the past. Brian came and identified areas where the mice were getting into the house, plugged them firmly with steel wool, and set traps. He then came back and found the traps filled with the mice that had been caught, and will come back one more time to make sure all is good. In terms of value, we paid one upfront fee two years ago and all of the visits since have been free of charge. On top of that, Brian is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the business. We are very happy to do business with him.

This office has consistently rescheduled or cancelled my appointments without any notification over the last year. At this point, I’ve paid for services that I’m not receiving and the pest problem is just as rampant as ever. The lack of consistency and customer care is appalling and has lead to me canceling my services and switching to Orkin. Do better.

The techs coming to the home were great. However their marketing system is questionable. It cost $433 for an initial evaluation, which I agreed to. But they charged $60/month, which I didn't agree to, for ongoing maintenance. Despite multiple phone calls, they still state that I agreed to the $60/month. The local office in Colorado Springs has been very helpful. However the call center handles all the phone calls and I no longer trust them. I will look for another company.

Ricardo Vigil has been our Terminix Technician for many years. He always does a thorough job. We appreciate how he explains exactly what he is going to do in order to remedy any given situation we may have going on. Even when we do not have a specific problem, or situation going on; Ricardo is attentive to our needs and he addresses whatever it is that he observes we need. To top it off, Ricardo is super friendly and a pleasure to be around. We love having Ricardo as our Technician!

Dylan V. came out to my home today and was very friendly, professional and personable. He informed me of a nest and promptly took care of it as best he could as well as treated all around my home. I never have complaints when any of the technicians come out. Great staff and company!

I want to edit review with their disservice. After the last review I called the 877# was told I would be getting a $300 credit, they find all the notes except credit. AGAIN DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!! I found a bedbug in my house so I called this establishment. Have been dealing with them since August 24. 1st spray. They said they would be back in a week, I call them to schedule, scheduced for the next week. That appt was cancelled by the district manager. 3 weeks after original spray they came a second time Sept 13th. They said they found no evidence of bugs even though I had been bitten. I had to ASK them to spray. Now we're at Oct 18th and I find a live bug. Call for spray AGAIN. the appt was scheduled between 8-10 on Oct 24th, waiting waiting, so I AGAIN reach out to them. Oh that appt has been pushed back, would you like to reschedule. So now it's from 3-5. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS "DISSERVICE". Paid $1500.00 and beg them to spray, then the no shows and non-communication. Do yourself a favor and call a local company. Mine started out as a low level infestation, now it's became a problem that doesn't seem to be getting properly addressed. They have your money, and then getting them back is difficult.

So thankful that Terminix always has my back! When I called them I was going crazy between the wasps and ants because I am severely allergic to wasps. I found out that I had them in my walls, leading them straight into my house 🤯 Terminix took this seriously and with one visit they were gone!! 🥳 I pay for a 365 service and I wouldn't have it any other way! Customer service is amazing and overall, I just feel like they are on top of things.
