Horrible company. Started with them a few months ago. Paid a lot of money up front and was told they come quarterly but will come when needed. Took forever to get someone out to spray again when I needed. A lot of back and forth and calling multiple times but no issue for them to charge my card. Whom came out was quick and did not spray well, would miss appointments we had and still say he came by and sprayed but never did. Complained multiple times to finally find out he was let go after he no showed again without anyone calling me and myself having to call for multiple days to find out what went on. Had another issue come up and spoke to Giovanni a manager and was spoken too with such rudeness. So unprofessional, no compassion and to be laughed at and over talked. Also was told how I keep repeating myself during our conversation and as to why he found that funny as I was upset. He didn’t care what I had to say because per him “he has done this a long time”. Company is awful. Very sad to be treated so badly for issues on their end especially by a so called manager. Clearly they hire any body with out checking into they’re work capabilities and having half a brain with whom I dealt with between Giovanni the manager and my technician that came out to spray.

Bob is awesome. He is always extremely responsive and willing to go above and beyond to help us out. Perfect example: My 4 year old daughter was terrified to go back outside to play because a wasp flew at her earlier that day. She agreed that if “The Bug Super Hero” came out and took care of the wasps, she would play again. Bob was out the next day, reassured her at the door he would take care of it, and was outside the same day to play. 100% satisfied with the service Bob provides, and would recommend Terminix and Bob to anyone!
