I had the misfortune of having my house service by Orkin in Deltona. The service was very good however the Orkin tech stole two expensive watches from my house. This broke my heart ❤️. I can't replace one of the watches with out spending $1,400. What hurts me so bad I paid Orkin a lot of money so the man can steel from me . I called Orkin they told me there's nothing they can do . On the 3 phone call The manager told me that they would do something as soon as they get the police report he went on to say why did I not send in the police report as he requested, he never did request a police report if he didn't request when he would have certainly had one. As soon as I hung up the phone after the third phone call I made a police report. It's not a good idea to let Orkin run around your whole house unless all your valuables are locked up in a safe then you're still taking chances of something disappearing. Thank You, F George Forman

We would like to say how pleased we are with our technician Bill Leach. He deserves a raise! Always goes way above and beyond whenever he comes here and we are truly grateful for his service. That is why we chose Terminix and will not leave. Highly recommend Bill if you live in the Sanford area!!!

This is by the worst company ever. I have called multiple times to get my service canceled and was told I will be receiving an email from the “main branch”. I have yet to hear anything. On top go that I looked at my service history and somehow have a service history of a technician by the name Michael Reynolds but yet I never had anyone come out on 8/7/2025 for service nor does it even have documentation provided about this. I have no idea what scheme they are trying to do but if I do not receive any notice of cancellation to my service I will be filing a complaint with BBB which Terminix already has thousands of complaints from and will be calling the consumer. This is not how any customer should be treated. If someone needs to cancel their service they should be able to and not be coerced into keeping it.

This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. We signed up with Terminix in early May and only received the initial visit. After that, we scheduled a follow-up, and the technician completely no-showed—not once, but twice. No call, no text, no explanation. We called and requested a call from a manager, which also never happened. Even worse, after all of that, we were still charged for services that were never performed. I reached out directly to the technician and received no response. At that point, we canceled, yet Terminix still had the nerve to bill us for the missed appointments. This company has shown a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
