They sent 5 different people to the house at the same time, and a couple of them, just walked right in the back door, uninvited!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!! We cancelled our contract with them, after about 20 years!!! We had also went to a Lot of extra trouble to move a lot of things in the garage for them, because they ask us to, for their inspection!! Then they eventually just say, "Never Mind, We Don't need to inspect there!!!" Totally Ridiculous!!!

Terrible. I had an appointment for an inspection (Pensacola, Fl) between 10am and noon. No one showed up. I called Terminix and the only people I could reach were sales and customer service. Neither was able to give me an update and they could not reach any field personnel. After more investigating, and driving to the local Terminix location, I found the tech. His supervisor had him call me. All he could do was blame his work load. He had too many assignments. He didn't apologize or take any responsibility. When I started to ask him why he didn't call me this morning to update me he became defensive. He was just a whiner blaming others. I called his supervisor back but he really didn't seem to care about my situation or the techs workload. Just pathetic all around service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not one to leave bad reviews. But after dealing with what I’ve dealt with, I hope to save an unsuspecting soul from going through the headache I just went through. I paid close to $1000 to initially set up services with them. To which they did an initial spray around the home and inside. To have to pay again for a service that wasn’t even started yet.. when getting the excursion beware that you will not be able to cancel service unless a manager tries fixing the issue when the first appointment the techs did not do what they were supposed to do. “A few hours of service” turned into 30 mins total of them being on the property and the.ln leaving due to “no one answering the door” no other attempts were made when they knew people were home. Trying to speak with customer service to resolve the matter, Ryan “supervisor” states there is no manger Above him to speak with regarding the matter and was no in anyway helpful in trying to help. He just kept repeating the same thing regardless of what we explained regarding the poor service.

Called to get a quote on termite bond and set up the inspection and no one showed. We gave them some grace and made another appointment. 11/17 between 8-10 we have been waiting. Again…no one. No call, no text, nothing. Needless to say we will not be using Terminix.

Update 10/24/25: just had Chris and Amanda come to check out possibly squirrel issues in my attic and they were professional and knowledgeable a d amazing! They kept me informed every step and I feel they went above and beyond and explained what each part they fixed in ever section of the outside. Totally recommend them! I have used Terminix for a while and AJ does an amazing job. The whole team is great! The one weird thing is that they have different departments for different things so it is not the same person spraying for mosquitoes as the person looking for termites. But once you figure out you are receiving different phone calls from different parts of the company then it is all fine.

I've used Terminix for just about three months and in that time I had the thoroughTermite application installed which includes several termite bate stations installed around my home. I also have the quarterly pest control done inside and outside of my home. Florida definitely has a lot of different bugs that I don't ever want to find inside my home 😳 and the quarterly pest control is the answer. I highly recommend Terminix.
