Philip Copp has been amazing. He is very thorough with his checking and treating of my property. He always listens to my concerns and responds, often offering extra tips and insight. He is very reliable, and if I need to contact him between treatments he returns messages promptly. He's also careful around (and very kind to) our senior dog.

Mark Fritschle is the best Terminex tech i have ever dealt. He is courteous(sp?), friendly, respectful and he remembers and works well with my instructions or concerns. He re-locks the gate when he is done. Which is important to keep our dogs in the yard and safe. I don’t have to check the gate as he always takes care of it. I still check the lock for my own assurance. When I do it always is correctly taken care of! You need more Marks in your employ!

STAY AWAY! This company is a scam. The sales rep Terry Owen assured me that I had the option to stop service at any point if I chose too. He stood in my garage and lied to my face. I have attempted to pay this company several times and stop service, they charged me for what they stated was the "full balance" of the contract, only to keep drafting the payments. Now they claim I still owe. After producing the voice recordings of their lies to my bank, the stop payment was issued, my bank clearly heard what I heard. I could stop service and my balance was paid in full. The tech lied when the service started and once you sign, regardless of Terry lying to you, you cannot opt out. The answer I was given was "the contract says" ....They are aware I am a disabled veteran going thru cancer treatment and are attempting to take advantage of a situation. Use any other company BUT Terminix!! Seeking legal action now.

If I could give a -10 that’s what I would rate Terminix! I called early in the week to get an appointment set up for an inspection. We agreed upon Friday morning 8-10. I was actually given a call on Thursday by Technician Terry Owen, confirming the appointment. (His voice sounding like he was in good health. Explanation coming)!!! He actually assured me that he would be there @ 9am. So I take time out of my very busy schedule to meet @ the confirmed location. Time passes by, and bo one shows up. I called Terminix @ 10:30 to see what was going on. The representative got in touch with Terry and transferred the call over. Terry gave all kinds of excuses about not showing up. He claimed that he was extremely ill ALL WEEK so on and so on. This rant went on for 15 minutes, very unprofessional! So he said that he could get by first thing Saturday morning @8am. I explained that 9 would be better. He agreed! Saturday morning, guess what no Terry, no courtesy call no text nothing!!!! I called Terminix once again, they couldn’t get in touch with Terry. I expressed my concerns of no call no show twice in two days. Young lady was very professional and apologetic. I told her that I prefer another Tech since Terry seem to not be able to get it right! Five minutes later, Terry actually calls; saying that he was there @ 7:50am. My response was why? When appointment was for 9am. With all of this said, I will not be using there services and by other reviews I wouldn’t advise anyone else to utilize Terminix as well!!! Very Disappointed! Pastor Chris

The real PEST! Sold house and called local office to cancel. Continue to get credit card debit from them. They told me that I agreed and signed a contract....
