Experience has been great. A big part of that is due to my technician, Zachary!! He has serviced my home 2-3 times now and he is soooo very thorough, inquisitive (trying to truly get to the root of the problem and find the source, not just masking it) and so kind. The issue I had with these huge palmetto bugs has subsided with the regular service visits (impossible for it to be home completely gone here in FL I guess, and with the use of the garage opening on the regular). The process for account management & bookings with Terminix has also been seamless. Thanks Zachary!!

I applied for this job and arrived an hour early for my interview with Tom Sembower. When I went to the location they gave me, they said I was in the wrong place and directed me to another location. No one was there. I strongly believe they intentionally sent me away. They need to learn how to treat potential employees better. This was a complete waste of time.

When you make an appointment with the company, they will come out and do a full interior exterior inspection, including the attic. They check for everything. Then they sit down and go over photos showing everything they found. They talk about solutions on how to be preventative, and to protect my assets. They were good at listening when I explain my concerns. I’m giving this company five stars. Great job Terminix.

I just had a wonderful service with Michael Meyer. He came to spray the interior of my home after we had been away for a while and wanted an extra treatment to certain areas of the home. He was so flexible in rescheduling with me after a mistake on my part, and he couldn’t have been nicer about it. I really appreciate his expertise and attention to details as well as his personable and friendly demeanor. It’s always a pleasure to see Michael, and I feel confident that pests will be kept at bay whenever he comes to treat my house.
