Terminix is the best. The last time our technician was here, he discovered a diamond back rattle snake and removed it. I have 2 dogs and grand kids. That could have been a problem for us. Overall, he always does a great job. He sprays and inspects everything. I can tell he takes pride in his job and it shows.

The service I receive has always been excellent. I receive notice in advance and the service rep comes to my door to let me k ow he is here and asks if I have experienced any problems. I have the same service personnel (depending on which type of service). They are professional and do a good job. I am informed after service completed. I appreciate I have had same representatives for years. I have. Incident they know my property and the continuity assures they will notice any changes. I want a quality job done by reliable professional people I can trust - that is why I stay with your company over the years.

Terminix definitely receives a five-star for me today. I was extremely impressed by Judy who came out to do the inspection. She was so full of knowledge and help me to understand what was going to be done and very much detail which I appreciate. Also at first I was scheduled for Friday and then I got a text from Judy to see if they could come out today. Which I was amazed that it happened so quickly. I definitely said yes, come on out. Kyle and Blake were my technicians and they were extremely professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They work so hard to get everything done and explain everything to me. I think everyone needs a bonus!

I have had Terminex services for a few years now. One thing I love is that I have the same technician, Juan, who has been servicing my house for as long as I have had the policy. He is very professional with great attention to detail. He send me a message when he arrives to make sure my little doggies are inside the house so he doesn’t accidentally let them out when coming into the back yard, he check if there is anything inside the house that needs attention. I have his phone number and am able to call him I between service days in case something comes up and he is quick to schedule an appointment to address any issues. I highly recommend!

I am very impressed with the professionalism of the Terminix team. I do not recall ever having such a nice experience (for pests) - the gentlemen sent to me are top notch and I am very pleased with the service I receive when they come by. They explain the service and how I can stop any more rodents from making my attic their home. I recommend this team 100%.
