What a nightmare dealing with these people. The day of our job, we were informed they didn’t have the correct piece for our lock, even though we had already left the house and booked a hotel. Then I come home to find property damage. It has been months and the communication has been extremely poor. I have not been reimbursed for the damage. Claudius the “manager” is impossible to reach and does not respond to emails.

Critical: Punctuality , Responsiveness I scheduled for them to come out to do an inspection and no one showed up for two different appointments and I did not receive any notice. When I called to confirm that an inspector was coming, I was informed by customer service that they did not have the inspectors contact information in order to reach him.

Website clearly has full information for wildlife removal. Website set and Confirmed appointment. When the day and time for appointment came - 30 minutes after appointment window started - they call to say they do not offer this service every though it is clearly on the website. DONT WASTE YUUR TIME BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY - they don’t offer what they advertise and just waste customers time. Find anyone else!
