For the money, Terminix is the best deal as far as I can tell, especially if you have a bad problem that requires multiple treatments, as they offer an absolute guarantee and will come out as often as necessary for the duration of the contract. Every time I called Joe he was ultra responsive and usually made it out within a day or two, tops, every time I asked him to come back. He even went back just for an inspection before I returned home after being out of town because I was worried my bed bugs were coming from another unit and possibly had returned. He happily did everything I asked and even handled it when I was out of town. If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would. Everyone I dealt with from this company was down to earth, easy to deal with and nice people all around. And they absolutely fixed my bedbug problem in a hurry!
