Very poor communications. I am unable to get a call back from them. I have left 4 messages in 4 days. I need lock box and bags for food in refrigerator. It is Christmas week I will be out of town so I need a call back. I hope the tent for termites are better service than their call backs. I would not recommend this company 😐

We just recently started working with Terminex for pest control and termite treatment/prevention. Today, Nathan Rodriguez (sorry if I am Spelling that wrong) came to our house for our first Termite treatment. He provided a detailed explanation of everything he would be doing, and what to look for and expect in the future. He texted to let us know when he would be at the house, and arrived just as scheduled. He was really friendly, and didn’t mind answering questions, which I really appreciate.
