Being a new home owner with pests like termites it was best option to work with them! As a first review they had initially helped, we reached out again and Cade came out with his help we gotten a lot more help with our problems. To save this little house we are working with getting the home bundled. Today we were scheduled to get the first step of securing the home exterior Nathanial Rodrigues came out and did an amazing job! He insured that he will be back to finish the work in the attic. There will be a much bigger and better review when we are fully secured with the protection against termites. 🐦‍⬛

Clinton has been servicing our house for several years and he does excellent work! He always notifies us when he is coming or if there is any kind of delay. He is very detailed, alerts us if there is anything going on out of the norm (like rats!), and advises us on our options on how to proceed. He deserves the 5 star!

Clinton does a great job and always let's me know in advance as to when he is coming to service our home. Clinton is always friendly and professional. Clinton is always mindful of our gate and ensures that it is closed when he leaves. This is very important when you live out east and have livestock.

If I ever have a question or request, they get back to me in a timely manner and do a great job at educating me on my homes needs and recommendations. If a negative star were available I would certainly give it to Terminex. I was sold a contract for exclusion (wrapping the open foundation of a 99 year old house). The tech arrived within 2 days but advised that he was unable to do the job and had to talk to his supervisor. When asked, he said there were obstructions. I let him know if pointed out, we would take care of the obstructions. I was told her would call the next day with an update. Today is the following Tuesday (4 biz days later) and as I hadn't heard anything from Terminex, I called them. I was advised that the service and contract had been cancelled. Apparently I wasn't going to be advised. In short, if you want a job done, don't call this company. They have no concept of customer service!
