A friend recommended this company to me. Initially, they charged $99.00 for their monthly services. The first month, the service was satisfactory. However, the second month, the scheduled service time was 3:00 PM to 2:00 PM. I called to confirm the arrival time, and the representative informed me that he had a flat tire and had to switch trucks, causing him to run late. Despite this, he assured me that he would still arrive. However, after 4:00 PM, he called again and stated that he only had bate in his truck and would not be able to service my house because all his equipment was in the truck. He could only apply bate to the corners. I emphasized the importance of a thorough service, and he suggested that he come on Monday at 10:00 AM. Unfortunately, he never showed up. Today, I contacted the company to cancel my account and request a refund since I paid $99.00 for a service that costs only $50.00 per month. When I inquired about a refund, the representative responded sarcastically, stating that she does not handle billing and had already offered to send someone to my house to perform the service. I expressed my disappointment with the company customer service and their lack of care for their customers. They seem more interested in collecting money than providing satisfactory service. I strongly advise against using this company due to the unprofessional behavior of their staff.
