The initial technician (Ms Oliver) did not bring the encastments thereby leaving mattresses the mattresses vulnerable to incests. When they returned with the encastments they were ill fitting. I then contacted the manager (MsAlisha) who stated the height size for the encastments did not very. The method used to eradicate the bugs was not effective. The next female could only place the interceptors on one bed because she could not lift the other beds by herself. Lastly, the end of September, they sent a gentleman technician (Mr Brunson) I believe. He was professional and efficient and effective in doing his job. He was able to correct the situation with the encastments, the interceptors for one bed. There’s still two beds that needs interceptors.

Depending on who is working that day I feel, determines what type of service, I am receiving. The agent did not ring our doorbell to acknowledge he was present. He did not spray inside our home as they normally do also, when i received the receipt the agent listed that the homeowners were not home, however, I was. I took off work that day to wait for Terminix agent to arrive. After reviewing my security camera, I see the agent was there less than 10 mins. When I called to have them come back to spray indoors, no one is either picking up or cannot answer my question. I feel like I am getting the runaround. Here we are into the next week and I still have not heard from anyone. I am requesting for T. Conner to do our service, in place of S. Flannery. Everything I mentioned above, Mr. Conner assisted with as well as removing the cobwebs from the corner of my front door.

I’ve already put in a complaint to the better business bureau but to let everyone else her know to never use Terminix, we had a scheduled appointment made Tuesday night for the exterminator to come out Friday between 8-10 and no one showed up for my veteran husband to call customer service and THEN be told “oh yeah we rescheduled you for the 14th” without any prior notification and when we told them that would not work and that it was unprofessional to reschedule and not communicate with your paying customer. On top of that we have a hold for $180 that they’re now saying that can take up to 14 days to release this payment. I’m so upset and frustrated at this unprofessionalism and Yates Astro will forever have my loyalty with they’re communication skills and reach ability and willingness to accommodate the messed up situation Terminix put us in.

My mom and I paid service last month and was charged for a service that didn't work. We still have ants coming into our home. Then my mom called out to them that we still have ants. They said they would send someone out who never came. My mom called back and they told her no one was scheduled to come out at all and they had no record of her call. Then they charged us for a new month for service that we didn't receive. We called the customer service and although we canceled service with them, they denied our refund. Their reason for denying our refund had something to do with a contract that my mother never signed. The person who signed the contract signed my mothers name. That's illegal. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Because my mother never signed this contract and the one who signed it forged her signature, we should get our full refund from the first time we paid too. That's beyond shady! The first month we was charged for a service that didn't work. The second month we canceled our account, they charged us for a service that we didn't get, and didn't give us a refund because of a contract that my mother never signed. This company is failing because of shady employees. They deserve no stars.

We had a hard time getting ahold of a person who could transfer the service out of the sellers name and into ours, as the new buyers. Approximately 7 contact attempts. Once it was taken care of the service was good.

Tried to set up service with Terminix. Secured everything online with an appointment for 5/10/2024. Got a message that the time was no longer available and that the branch would reach out to reschedule. Fast forward to Monday morning, i received a text that a tech was scheduled to be at my house between 10 and Noon. Those times came and went and i reached out to Terminix via chat. I was told that someone from the branch would be in touch with me. Fast forward to 120PM and i get a text that my tech was on the way. They must think that their time is more valuable than mine. I have cancelled the appointment. Poor communication.

Do not use termemix. I have been with this company since 2018. Since we moved to GA. They canceled my service the day before they were supposed to come out. I had to find out by phone today. We have spent well over 700. Yearly. The last tech that came didn't do anything and charged my account. My kids are deathly allergic to ants, and they are aware of this. They were supposed to take webs off of house and spray for mosquitoes, ants, and spiders. Please see the pictures. They supposedly came out at the end of January. If you are near savannah, ludowici, Hinesville, pooler, Richmond Hill, and Jesup. I have been told that over and over, there are better companies in the area and won't charge as much. Maybe this is God's way of showing me to switch. Not the fact I have had 3 great techs prior and all three quite. I still stayed bc I didn't want to start over with a new company. I also just went through all the reviews, and apparently, others are having issues. Could it be a local manager issue? It only started happening this year!

Terrible experience. I have been a Terminix customer for almost 20 years. Last Fall (2023) I had a termite problem at my house, which was very evident with buckling wood and paint. I contacted Terminix. It took over one week, and repeated calls, for me to get a response. The person who eventually came to my house looked at it and left. The same thing happened for the next two weeks. More than a month after my first contact, another Terminix person came with a truck sprayer. He said that the problem was outside the house where the damage was apparent, and sprayed at the base of the wall/concrete slab. Now, about 8 months later, the same problem has re-appeared, with evident termite damage. When I contact Terminix, the call center person who answers only has the ability to send a message to my local Terminix office, and says that they will contact me by 5 p.m. today. That is all she can do. And my experience with the local office, in terms of resolving the issue in a timely and compete manner, is horrible. I am stuck with a company that has been unresponsive and in no hurry to take care of their obligations promptly or do a good job. Beware!

Don't purchase the attic installation. We just finished paying for a brand new HVAC system (not even 3 years old), the terminix installers cut our duct...
