John was VERY helpful, respectful, he listened to everything I said & he was VERY informative from our first call to the time he showed up for our first service I feel VERY CONFIDENT this the issue I’m having in my home will gradually become better & honestly eventually nonexistent. Again I just want to say thank you to John for providing me & my household nothing but the BEST TOP QUALITY SERVICE! I’m SO APPRECIATIVE & thankful. We have been trying to get a technician to survey our home for months now. We schedule appointments but no one shows. One time a technician stated there was no need for him to come for an an inspection. We have a contract with Terminix that includes multiple inspections. The Terminix in Pooler, GA. do a poor job of supporting their customers in Chatham County. I would like to get the contact information for the service manager.
