Horrible customer service. I scheduled a termite inspection over a month ago and it was rescheduled twice and the third time, it was cancelled. Nobody gave me a reason why it was rescheduled or cancelled.

The worst service ever so many great local companies cannot even compare to this national brand no comparison two local companies that offer a true aloha and integrity . Promise service the same day but cannot even deliver service within a week.
