I set up an appt via text message on Monday for a Wednesday evening appt window between 5 and 7pm. Tried for two hours via text and phone call to get in touch with them Wednesday afternoon to confirm all was good, FINALLY got through an hour into my appt window and the agent realized my phone number got entered incorrectly into my file on Monday -- how this is possible when we set up the appt via text is beyond me. She tried calling the inspector from the main call center but it went straight to voicemail, which was full. Tried calling the local branch manager, couldn't get through. Asked me to wait for my full appt window, at which point, she would reschedule me if the inspector didn't call. The local branch office number she gave me kept rerouting back to the call center. No one from Terminix ever attempted to contact me to fulfill the scheduled appointment or respond to my messages to the local branch office. They're not open 24/7, what a joke. I will not be rescheduling, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Tried to schedule an appointment three times. First, they booked it for the wrong day. Second time, they ghosted me. Third time, they said they’d call me back to schedule and never did. Total waste of time.

Waited four hours for someone to call and show up for the appointment. I also called three times to confirm that someone was going to come the day before because they don’t send any contact number or digital appointment confirmation. I called to follow up and they kept bouncing me around and said someone will call me. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a termite inspection over a month ago and it was rescheduled twice and the third time, it was cancelled. Nobody gave me a reason why it was rescheduled or cancelled.
