I can honestly say that Terminix will make sure you have a home or business that is pest free and on a maintenance level to zero pest. My tech takes pride in what he does and we are very happy and won’t ever cancel or go anywhere else. A trusting large company that has all the knowledge and expertise in managing my home. It not just a service. It’s a relationship! Yea they will increase your price in a few years but like anything else. They put in the value to my home and business and is worth every penny. Caring and reliable and gives me and my family peace of mind. Thank you residential terminix. Absolutely with no doubt recommend this company. Local managers are excellent when I need to communicate and although the billing sometimes has some issues they still find resolution in a timely manner. Great company !

Five stars for FLORENCE B. THE BEST TECH EVER. He is a literal blessing! I’ve been using Terminix for years… through multiple apartments and now my own home and I have never had a technician like Florence. He is truly one of a kind. From the moment he arrived, he made us feel so educated, safe, and taken care of. He doesn’t just spray and go. He explains everything, teaches us what’s happening, walks us through prevention tips, and actually helps ease all our fears (which is a LOT because we panic over every bug 😭). The services he’s done for us so far have actually been effective & we’ve noticed a huge difference. You can tell Florence genuinely cares about his customers and their homes. He’s very patient, kind, and goes above and beyond EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can’t even tell you how much peace of mind he’s given us.

I’ve had Troy with Terminix servicing my Kailua home for more than 10 years now. He’s wonderful! He let’s us know well in advance of treatment days, notifies when he’s arrived, and gives pointers about treatments given. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable.
