Elijah and his trainee responded to my request to check for excessive droppings in two locations in my living room. They inspected and confirmed activity. This is the 5th time that droppings have been confirmed. The last tent treatment was 12 yrs. ago., and I strongly requested that tenting be done.

Troy at Terminex gives exceptional service and care before through his communication, during being very thorough with the treatment, and after telling me when he finishes and full report. He comes in-between for spot insect treatment. I highly recommend him!!

Terrific service by Riley in regards to your baiting system. Very professional! He was very helpful in figuring out the existing termite plan we had with you that wasn’t showing up in the system. The installer was also efficient and informative as he placed the stations around our house. We are looking forward to many years of service with Terminix. Mahalo!

Service was great. Those who came were prompt to work and professional. Only issue is there was never any appointment date sent. I get a call day of service that they are on the way without knowing what day I'd be expecting service. Communication of scheduling needs improvement

We get reminders when we’re due for upcoming treatment which is a plus keeping the bugs out of our house! Highly recommended!
