Shawn from Terminix is great. Super friendly, showed up on time, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t rush the job. Really solid service all around. Would definitely recommend him.

BEWARE of the Agents that come to your door especially “Luka Badie” he was friendly and diligent in getting me to switch to Terminix and seemed to be hooking us up with a better deal claiming that he would pay the cancellation fee of a pest control that I was contracted with already, yet now I’m stuck with my cancellation fee stating that it wasn’t paid. I contacted Terminix and they said “Door Knockers is a separate entity from Terminix. As such, any representations or commitments made by their team would need to be addressed directly with them.” I haven’t gotten any response from Luka Badie or the so called Team.

After a year of service, our pest issue remains unresolved. The technician who visited our home was always respectful and friendly, but the products used only seem to suppress the problem temporarily rather than eliminate it, perhaps by design to keep customers reliant on ongoing treatment. Cancellation is also incredibly difficult. There’s no way to do it online, and after waiting over an hour on hold, the customer service representative I finally reached made inappropriate, suggestive remarks. Even after I told him his comments were making me uncomfortable, he persisted and tried to excuse his behavior by saying others enjoy it. Overall, I would not recommend Terminix.
