Wonderful experience! Amanda was so very thorough, friendly, and prompt. She tailored her schedule to fit our family’s needs and was so respectful of our home (even wearing shoe covers) and our time. They took time to fully inspect every area thoroughly, took photos, explained what they found and walked me through the best plan to resolve the problem. Amanda is great. She showed me everything she saw and explained how it might have happened. She's very knowledgeable. She came back a week later, as planned, for assistance with flea removal. Again, friendly and competent. I look forward to her returning for my next service need. Give this girl a raise! All my cats and dog loved her, too, and she was very sweet and respectful towards them. It feels like she cares not just about her work, but how she affects her customers and their pets.
