We can tell he is a very hard worker, and dedicated to his job. Service tech was very knowledgeable and walked my property to go over where he would be treating. He also allowed me to smell the granules he would be using to be sure the smell was not offensive to me. Explained everything he was foing and why trees were a major target area for tick treatment. He was very thorough, friendly and professional. Called 2 days prior to arriving to confirm appointment and again the morning of my appointment to let me know when he was headed my way. Awesome!!
