We've had a contract with Terminix for just over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for us. We don't see the usual house bugs that everyone generally sees in their untreated home. We very rarely (not an exaggeration) see ANY bug of any type since near the beginning of our contract in 2022. Bugs in our house have been effectively eradicated from our point of view. Before we started our contract with Terminix the thought that a home could be bug-free of any kind of bug never occurred to me. Just seemed like having some type of bugs crawling around the dark corners of the home was just a normal thing that we all just subconsciously accepted. But now we know it doesn't have to be that way. 5/5 for Terminix, as a whole, during the 3 years (so far) of our contract. Anytime I need to talk to an office person for whatever reason, they're always nice and give off the impression they just wanna do their best to help my family in our household. Our tech, Julie, is wonderful. She is very nice, knowledgeable and always has a great (and correct) answer for any of the questions we may randomly think up. She speaks with confidence and it lets us know that we can trust her to always want to do her best to help our family. 5/5 for Julie as well. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Terminix, and Julie, for many years to come. I definitely recommend Terminix, no regrets calling them back in 2022 to handle our situation. Thank you all!

I called and had services scheduled for the next day! The technician (Logan) that came out was super personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and informative on what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to walk my husband through the source of our ant problem and went through the steps he was taking to ensure we didn’t continue to have this problem. 10/10 service.
