Brian, the consultant, was arguably the nicest person I have ever met in my few encounters with pest control. Not only was he able to make sure he squeezed us into his schedule last minute for an emergency evaluation, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and kept what normally is a somber conversation rather lighthearted and thoughtful. He was attentive and showed a lot of care for what we were dealing with instead of “making a quick buck” like some pest control companies do. He even made sure we were able to get services in the timeframe we needed in order to help our 86 year old grandmother. Jason and Kevin did an excellent job sealing up so holes in our peaks. They were on time, explained the process and completed the job. They needed to us a boom lift to reach our peaks and was very cautious moving the heavy machinery across our front lawn. They also checked around the base of our house for openings.
