Mr Kevin Hill has been a great worker. I like the fact that he is my regular worker. He knows me and is familiar with my home. He always calls a day or two in advance to let me know he is coming. He arrives at the time friendly with a great attitude. He lets me know what he is doing and what he finds. If I’m not home he will let me know he’s been at my home and what he has done. Wanted them to come out to inspect the attic of my condo building for rodents. I said I would pay out of pocket for the inspection and request reimbursement from my HOA (as I have done in the past). The rep on the phone insisted they will not go into the attic of my condo building because it’s commercial. Please train your reps on what’s considered residential and commercial. I called Orkin and they were able to come out to assess the issue.

Did great on 1st treatment of situation. But didn't show up for 2nd treatment. 8/08/24 So called. Lady said had make an appointment. So she set 1 up for today. 8/09. No show. Called to see what's going on. Lady on phone said wasn't an appointment made. Ugh wife was on line when Lady confirmed it yesterday. Anyway now waiting for call to see if be here tomorrow or Monday.

Booked an appointment online (this is recommended by their customer service team) for a window of 10-12. I have THREE confirmation emails stating this. The technician did not show. Called customer service at 1pm, they reached out to the tech and reported back to me that he would be arriving within 30 minutes. Tech still did not show up. Called customer service again at 3pm and I get "Oh, I don't know what happened. Looks like the tech chose not to show" We took off work for this service. The least the technician or customer could have done was call us to inform they were not coming. On my second call with customer service she informed me should would be putting in for a service manager to accommodate us for a Saturday service. The service manager forwarded our info to a salesman who just tried to up sell me from a one time service. I did not appreciate this at all as I am already very upset from them just not showing up. The least you can do is communicate with your customers who are taking time from their jobs to have service performed. Won't be using terminix again.
