Amanda Nikolich is a phenomenal Terminix employee who truly went above and beyond during my service appointment. From the moment she arrived, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident about the service being provided. What really stood out was her positive attitude and personable nature. She was wonderful to talk with, making the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. It's rare to find someone who combines exceptional customer service with such professionalism and genuine kindness. Amanda is an outstanding representative of Terminix, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. She clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows in every aspect of the job she does. I would recommend Amanda without hesitation to anyone looking for top-quality service. She absolutely deserves a 5-star review—thank you, Amanda, for such an excellent experience!

Amanda and trainee were great! Very attentive to current issues. Very friendly. They came on a super hot day, let them know they didn’t need to spray outside due to temperatures and they insisted, even with the heat. They were great! Initial visit, so had initial pricing, but was able to get a discount due to promotions being offered at the time.

We had Austin come out and spray for bedbugs, he messaged ahead of time to ask if there was any questions and an estimation of his arrival. When asked if he could get there at a certain time he messaged back and said he would try his best and kept his promise! He showed up early and was extremely nice and thorough with explaining the process and messaged when he was done. Overall excellent customer service

I had terminix out to spray my house for pests. The technician was very polite and professional and did a great job spraying. But during the visit, he removed the door off my oven and since that time we haven't been able to reattach it. We contacted the manager and he instructed us that he would come out to take photos for insurance. He never showed up, but called the next day and said that his branch manager had chosen to deny any claim of damage outright, stating that there's no way of knowing if it was damaged before their technician arrived. I reached out to customer service and was given the run around. They said they'd contact the local manager and he would reach out to me. It's been nearly a month since the start of this incident and I've not had a working oven throughout this time. To their credit, customer service did issue a refund for the service. But that doesn't cover the repair bills or a replacement oven. Terminix, feel free to reach out to me. I'd appreciate hearing back from someone in your corporate office.

Amanda is the best! She’s very knowledgeable and thorough. She cares about her work. Wish I could give her more stars. We requested that she be our regular technician. She remembers our property and past issues we had. She remembers the services she provided and and had a strategy for maintenance. Amazing service!

We had a great experience with Terminix! Brad, Zach, and Hunter were professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our home. They took the time to explain everything clearly and did an excellent job with our crawlspace encapsulation and pest services. The crawlspace looks amazing, and we already feel better knowing everything was done correctly and thoroughly. Their attention to detail and customer service really stood out. Highly recommend this team if you want honest, dependable service done right!

Marcus was professional, thorough, and very personable. He did a great job, even in snowy conditions. I’ve had several Terminix advisors during my time with them, all have been great! I hope Marcus is my new regular advisor. He deserves a raise!

Extremely professional and courteous. Amanda Answered every single question I had. She was very thorough the day before checking to make sure the time was good to come out. She called and texted. I was very pleased and comfortable with her and she made the whole process easy on us.

Wonderful experience! Amanda was so very thorough, friendly, and prompt. She tailored her schedule to fit our family’s needs and was so respectful of our home (even wearing shoe covers) and our time. She made sure to watch for all of our pets and even found a wasp nest outside and removed it! Couldn’t ask for better service.
