Talking forever to get someone to look at the house and quote. Meanwhile i have termites in the wall. Update: After waiting the appointment was scheduled for between 3 - 4 PM yesterday (5/27/26). I left work and was almost home to meet him at 3PM when Shawn from Peroia called and said he would not be to the house till 4:30PM. That time came and went with no one arriving, At 6PM I called to see what happened but Shawn would not answer the phone and his voice mail was full. I texted and know it was seen by the feedback on the Android and still not even the courtesy to respomd. If this is how Terminix handles a new customer think how crappy it becomes after they have your money. Oh well there are plenty of other places that treat bugs. P.S. They got 1 star because I could not figure out how to give 0 stars!

Nate and Jason were great to work with. They took their time locating entry points for mice and making sure the exterior of our home was blocked. They did a thorough search to make sure nothing was being missed. Would definitely recommend.

The Terminix team conducted 4-step procedures to identify the issue, remove the animal(raccoon), apply the attic corrective insulation and seal the hole from the roof. All four teams were super friendly, perfesstional, and deliver the results. You pay the big price for the quality of the work. Highly recommended the service from Terminix! I believe Manny has done more to eliminate our mouse problem than any previous tech in the last 5+ years that we've been using Terminix. I will be surprised if we have any problem going forward. I'm also confident that Manny will come back and make any adjustments that are needed per our contract. Brian, the consultant, was arguably the nicest person I have ever met in my few encounters with pest control. Not only was he able to make sure he squeezed us into his schedule last minute for an emergency evaluation, he was incredibly kind, reassuring, and kept what normally is a somber conversation rather lighthearted and thoughtful. He was attentive and showed a lot of care for what we were dealing with instead of “making a quick buck” like some pest control companies do. He even made sure we were able to get services in the timeframe we needed in order to help our 86 year old grandmother. Jason came at the perfect time. Serendipity! Just had basement emptied, cleaned and sterilized. He was able to find many mouse holes he hadn't seen before and sealed them. Good timing because spray foam insulation goes in tomorrow. Fiberglass attracts mice! Thank you!

Manny and his team were awesome. Manny had great communication, consistent punctuality, and a friendly demeanor.
