Chad Smith does a thorough job on spraying our home and taking care of any bug problems we have. I highly recommend him to you. He’s gives you a notice a couple days in advance that he’s coming and he’s always there when he says he will be. Highly recommend!

I like the call centers recently established for my service area -- hoping it is all Terminix offices. I like 24/7 accessibility. Much better than hanging onto my phone 20 minutes or more. They do what they come out to do and discuss it with me before leaving in case there is something else.

Excellent service. Cody has been very helpful and thorough. When I started seeing multiple spiders and got concerned, he came on his day off to spray for me. Rapid response and very knowledgeable. Took time to listen to all my concerns and answer every question I had.

We have had service from Terminix for several years but since Chad Smith has taken over our account we have had more personal service from Terminix. Chad does a great job and really cares about doing his best. Communication has been better and our thoughts about Terminix have definitely increased.
