Olivia was great! She was very knowledgeable and explained what she saw during her inspection/ treatment. She gave her recommendations on how to make it better. My mom lives alone and I only come visit a few days a week. Last thing I need is mom to deal with mice!! Olivia was very polite and I enjoyed meeting her. This is not her normal route, she was just helping them out. I am very appreciative of that.

We have had the friendliest techs come to provide our pest control plus they were thorough. I had Olivia originally set up our service and she has many years of experience and truly loves what she does and went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Kevin, he is our regular tech & is especially wonderful and detailed. He also loves what he does and is passionate about doing good work and goes above and beyond! They always offer to come back in between the quarterly services if we have any pest problems pop up and I appreciate that. I also like the ease of communication with them via utilizing texting to confirm appointments. I am also thankful for Blair in the sales department for doing the behind the scenes work to get us to switch from our previous provider!

Fabulous experience . Kevin was personable , took plenty of time to explain things to me , was extremely thorough and I was completely comfortable with him. This was for my son’s newly purchased home who was working so I met with the technician, Kevin and was extremely pleased. We have used a different company at our home for 30 years and have never been given this kind of attention to detail or time . Highly recommend !
