We had the home inspection followed by 2 years of service. It was one issue after another. First, our technician would lie and say he did things he didn’t do. But we were able to produce our security tapes to prove it. Three or four time we asked to drop the service all together over issues and they would tell us you have to email this address and request cancellation. I did 3 times and I never received a response. We went through like 20-25 different technicians. Guess their turn over rate is insane. Most of the time we had to call them to ask why no one had come out to get our agreed service. My husband finally just got tired of it and blocked them from our bank account. From my understanding our local office is out of Evansville, IN. Best advice I can give anyone looking for pest control is to call a small family owned company in your area. Not only are they way cheaper but they’re friendlier and get the job done without having to be harassed.

I received the termite inspection to renew my annual protection contract. The technician, Rob L., arrived at the time promised, was very polite, personable and helpful. He performed a very thorough inspection, both inside, outside and under my home--much more thorough than I had ever gotten in many previous years with Terminix. I was pleasantly surprised that a chemical preventative treatment was included, which I have seldom, if ever, received in the past. Everything these service appointments should be, but often are not!!

We love Terminix and have been using them for 8 months now. We dont have any spiders in our home anymore and can clearly seen the dead bugs laying in the shed and garage where they spray. Our main technician Olivia is the best! She is super knowledgeable about her job and gives advice and insight when needed. You can tell she takes pride in her job and she does great! I appreciate the texting communication about my appointments and knowing my home is protected from pests, it gives me that peace of mind!

Our technician Olivia was polite and efficient. What I’d really like to call out is that there is a long driveway that leads up to my house. With all of the snow we recently received delivery trucks are leaving packages at the end of the driveway. Olivia brought the package right up to the door for us. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Add to that the package was pretty heavy. Thank you Olivia for going the extra distance. We appreciate you! Def an asset for Terminix!
