Terminix management refunded me the quarterly due, but then they just to sent me to collections (30 days later) after they refunded me. They noted on my account (according to the customer service rep) that I had made a negative review and that the refund is no longer an option. So now, I am forced to pay for a service I never received. Supposedly, the store manager and the district manager made the decision to punish me for my Google review. So now I need to go to corporate level?
