Third year in a row for bat infestation! But this year Tyler Mitchell and his buddy promised to get rid of them for good!! Several entry points were never adequately covered the first year and last year they just scooped out sandwich sized bag of insulation and never resanitizedd!!! These guys are going above and beyond!! Will update next week!! Well it is now 10~02~25 and Tyler has disappointed us 3 times since! He set up three appointments with us to get rid of the bats…and he never showed to any of them…no call no cancellation…just ghosted! Will update tomorrow!🥺 Today, Friday they finally showed up at 4 and were able to get the attic cleaned out and disinfected and insulation back in there! Thank you for finally showing up and getting the job done!

Very professional, , kind, thoughtful and very polite. Respectful of my home took their time to secure my home., Bruce and Nick were so concerned about my well-being . After finding a bat in my bedroom there were several companies ,I was going to call, but after looking at the reviews for Terminix, I decided to give them a call. And I am so glad I did. it took them 4 days to find the Bat in my bedroom but they did not give up! Then they did a protection of securing of my entire home, after inspection finding so many gaps, in my roof area ,after just having a new roof put on. So if you looking for a company , their business is more than just a job ! But their business is ,their concerned about the about the people that make that call! To them....... highly recommended. So glad I made the call I can rest at night now that I can sleep in my own room again.

I contacted Terminix on June 27 to request urgent pest control service. The sales representative assured me they could come out the very next day (June 28, between 1–5 PM) and even promised a 30-minute heads-up before arrival. She also explained their subscription service — pay a montly fee, and they’ll respond anytime there’s an issue. It sounded great, so I signed up and was promptly charged $192. On June 28, I waited at home from 1:00 to 4:30 PM with no call, no text, and no technician. I finally called customer service for an update and was told my appointment had been "confirmed" for Sunday, June 29 at 8 PM, which made no sense, especially since they later admitted they don’t even provide service that late. When I asked how I could be “confirmed” for a time I never agreed to or was notified about, the representative couldn’t answer. I requested to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor, Shannon, initially claimed she couldn’t find any record of my confirmed time or payment. After pressing her to double-check (since her colleague had just seen the notes), she eventually found a record showing that the salesperson had requested June 28, but it was not actually scheduled. Instead, I was placed on the calendar for July 8, again, with no notification sent to me. The phantom “June 29 at 8 PM” appointment? A mistake. Bottom Line: Terminix was unreliable, uncommunicative, and disorganized throughout this experience. I was charged $192, given inaccurate appointment info, and left with no service... all without a single courtesy call or update. Avoid this company. Their systems and communication breakdowns make them impossible to trust.

Called for rodent exclusion service. Guy came out and said I need to seal the holes myself. He said it's a "foundation issue" which is not true. So I guess...
