Do NOT give this company your credit card information - they have no problem telling you one price and then charging more. They also have no problem telling you to your face that they'll fix it, and then doing nothing. Protect yourself - pay by cash or check, never by something that allows them to simply charge you whatever they deem they want. There is apparently NO mechanism for issuing a credit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just a TERRIBLE experience! I have been lied to about pricing - told the service was going to cost one amount, got charged $50 more than that amount. When they called to schedule the second appointment, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the billing - no problem, I was assured, we'll get that corrected right away! Second charge was for $50 more than the agreed amount. Tried going through customer service "chat" which was a complete waste of time. I have been assured by the manager (Jeff, who unsurprisingly is no longer with the firm) and two technicians that they would get the problem resolved and follow up with me. Neither part of that ever happened. I have been patient (it's been 10 months) as I assumed people were telling me the truth and not purposely misleading me, and seriously, how hard is it to fix a billing error? There is a word for when you tell a customer that you'll charge them one amount and then charge them 50% more, and then no matter how many interactions you have with the company, just tell you repeatedly that they'll fix it and never do. It's a legal term I believe. I can see from other dissatisfied customers that I will likely get an automated response telling me to email a generic customer service email address. I am overflowing with optimism on that front. When a company can't get a human on the phone, who will take the time to understand your problem and resolve it, even to say we're not going to do anything about it, they don't deserve good customers. Edit a month later: SHOCK!!!! Despite reaching out to them twice, at their request, no follow up. They have the money and they apparently want to keep the money while holding out the appearance of trying to behave honestly and competently.

I paid for my root cellar encapsulation service up front 10/17/24 and it's is now 2/22/25 and my service has yet to be completed I keep getting cancelled or techs don't show up and when I call their excuse is they fired a manager and that is why it's been 4 months and very little has been done. Mind you the amount paid was $5200

had an inspection done. service was needed and paid for that day. I had 1 part of a 3 part service done 2 days after inspection. fantastic. I then did not get a call to set up the next set of services. I waited a couple days and called the inspector. he said that he would get ahold of the branch and apologized. it has been over 3 weeks since that service and I had to track someone down. Finally talked to someone from a different branch because the branch in topeka was going through staffing changes. Got service scheduled for yesterday (Nov 25) at 9 am. 9:20 monday morning, no one has shown up yet. I called the national number to only find out that it is not even on the schedule and that no one would be coming out. I just talked again with the national service and they said it normally takes a couple weeks for them to get service out. I am on hold trying to get someone to come out, but it looks like it will be about 5-6 weeks after I PAID FOR SERVICE to get someone out to my home. This situation is absolutely ridiculous and no one I have talked to seems like they care at all. Just a series of unemphatic drones that spout the same worthless information. doubt I will get contacted about this....they didn't contact me when I payed them thousands of dollars.

Expedient and great service! The initial inspector and the follow on team that performed the treatment that my home required were wonderful. They communicated with me before, during and after services were being performed. Definitely recommend this company!

Well we called for help yesterday and were told a technician would come out today between 8 am and noon today, last night a technician called and asked if my appointment could be changed to Friday and we said no you are to come out today, he than said he would be out between 8am and 11am!!! He called at 11:15 and canceled the appointment until Thursday!!!! How is this customer service? You had us waiting most of the day to show up and than cancelled at the last minute totally unacceptable!!!!!

-10/10. Had some bugs in my house so they came out and did an initial treatment. They never came back and did the two week follow up one that they were supposed to do. Things got busy, but I finally got back with them to set up a new appointment because I started seeing new baby bugs. They didn't have any availability for 2 weeks, so I got an appointment for yesterday and waited the two weeks. No one came out, so I called and they said "oh, that got moved to today." No one told me. Today I waited, no one came, called and got told the same thing- moved to tomorrow again. They called the branch manager who was supposed to be the person coming out to treat my house, and he was supposed to call me back by now, but hasn't. Tried calling back again but "there's nothing they can do". I don't understand how I can be the customer constantly getting bumped and it's okay to take me off the schedule for the day, but I can't make a request to be put back on the schedule first thing in the morning so that I don't get bumped a third time because "we can't change the schedule". Well obviously they can because someone else got my time 2 days in a row. All this time I'm making payments on a 6-month treatment plan to where they'll come out anytime I notice anything and re-treat. After the 6 months is up here if I still need treatment I'll be using anyone but Terminix. ETA: the technicians have been wonderful; the issue is solely with scheduling and the effectiveness of customer service representatives.

WORST Topeka manager!! Will NOT return phone calls or set appointments! Calling online number also does absolutely no good! Have called 4 TIMES to speak to someone in charge of that office and have NEVER gotten a return call nor service. Each person who answers has assured me I will receive a call, NEVER happened! So I am paying $1,400 DOLLARS for what?????? I have already paid $850, yet for what?! WORST COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH, and word of mouth goes a long way!! Just keep in mind, I have a big mouth! Getting the news involved will be next! I won't pay for a service I don't receive.
