The West Monroe, Louisiana Terminix field office is a complete joke. I have reached out numerous times regarding a mice treatment I paid $160 for, and the service was never completed. Technician Cody Evans showed up, sprayed my house for insects instead of addressing the mice issue, then told me he would return to place bait traps. He never came back. I repeatedly contacted the lead supervisor, Paul Gunby, and received no response whatsoever. I then escalated the issue to the corporate office requesting a full refund, and I am still waiting to hear from the local general manager. What’s especially telling is that before my money was paid, I was able to reach both the supervisor and the technician. Once payment was made, all communication stopped. Calls to the local office now go unanswered. This office has zero accountability, terrible communication, and no problem taking money without providing services. I feel completely taken advantage of. Do not trust the West Monroe field office with your money.

Edit: It has been a week. No one has come to respray, and no one has called. We are going to cancel. I'm visiting my father, who pays for their services. Purportedly, they cover everything from termites and flying insects to mice and voles. Since I've been here just 4 days, I have caught 8 mice, there are SWARMS of wasps with huge nests everywhere on the exterior of the house, and multiple types of flying bugs inside. Furthermore, after trying to get in touch with them twice now, I still have had not one single conversation with them about this. I am absolutely pissed at the lack of accountability and careless nature of their services. I do not recommend anyone work with this joke of a company!!

Christopher from Terminix was great! He came out inspected all bait stations, replacing more than half of them. He also checked for any suspect areas, including an area outside the zone at my request. He took the time to clearly explain and educated me on termites, patterns, and etc. Thanks Chris!

Cody was extremely helpful and educated about his job and the services being provided. He listened carefully offering a knowledgeable solution and ideas for continued services with Terminex. He was happy and provided great customer service with a smile on his face. I feel there was no area he did not cover or offer to cover in my home and with any questions or concerns I had. He explained everything he was doing , and why. This was a great experience.

The technician notified me in advance about the appointment, and called when he arrived at my home. He was very thorough and extremely professional and polite. He introduced himself to me and let me know the results of his findings before he left. He did a wonderful job, and I was very pleased with his service!
