He started a new treatment protocol and I’m sure the problem will be solved. Joey is knowledgeable, professional and a good guy to have around!

Jeremy did an outstanding job! He completed all of his normal checks and also treated the areas where I had seen ant activity. I pointed them out when he arrived, and he took care of them right away. We have been Terminix customers for over a decade, and for much of that time R. Hampton has been our technician. At one point he was reassigned for a short time to another area, and while the technician who replaced him was very thorough, it was just good to have Mr. Hampton back on the job. When he does the perimeter he also de-webs. When he does the inside, he makes sure he sprays everywhere! He is friendly, easy to work with and time conscious. After he finishes the physical part of the service, he explains what he did, what he saw, and what he reccommends. He represents well the Terminix brand. And the best part...No pests! Thanks Terminix!

Rob provided excellent service from the text message and phone call the day before treatment to verify a time that he would arrive. He arrived promptly and explained the steps he was going to take to identify the best solution to address our concerns. He then communicated his findings and what treatment would be most effective. He provided assurance of the safety of the product and what effects I could expect to see and the timeframe for results to occur. At all times he was clear in his communication and listened to the concerns that we had. He explained the follow up maintenance that would be scheduled and assurance that any issues we had before then would be addressed. Highly recommend!

Terminix exceeded my expectations and I am thoroughly satisfied with their performance. The technicians were very professional and thorough during their inspection, as well as, explained step by step exactly what they were going to do to treat the problem I am having.
