Danny( the exterminator) has been treating my exterior home for a few years now. He is such an outstanding gentleman whose always efficient, on time, friendly and cordial. He's always informative about his findings whether it be an ant nest or being observant enough to let me know that there is a hole on my side roof panel that needs repairing. He's patient and adaptable to work around our unfriendly and confined pets. It takes courage to do what he does and I appreciate him and render Danny the highest regard to professionalism. Stephen and Daniel were both amazing! Stephen walked me through the process and he explained how to solve my problem in detail. He was kind and understanding, he made me feel much better about the whole thing. Daniel did a great job, he even moved some things around for me to get the job done better. Terminix is always on time. They let you know when they're cut. When you're coming. They make sure that your animals stay contained in the yard. They do a thorough inspection of everything before they start spraying. They keep my termite traps filled. And I can't see any signs of insects. They're friendly and courteous and I think they do a great job!
