The process started with Stephen Ross, he was very thorough with his walk through and took his time explaining in detail our mice issue and all the steps to fix the issue. Once we paid for the service Pierson was immediately in contact with me and came out and treated the house and removed some wasp nests and gave me some good tips on little things we can do going forward. This wasn't Pierson or Stephen's fault but it took a little longer than desired to get the insulation in for them to come out and do the mice extermination but once they got it in they didn't waste any time getting out and getting the job done. Pierson did an excellent job keeping in touch with me on the process, where they were, what was next, etc. In all my family and I started out with a big problem we didn't know what to do with. Im grateful we reached out to Terminex and got Stephen and Pierson to both take really good care of us. My family is feeling a ton of relief now which is priceless! Thank you guys! Will recommend Terminex to any and all i know.

Danny( the exterminator) has been treating my exterior home for a few years now. He is such an outstanding gentleman whose always efficient, on time, friendly and cordial. He's always informative about his findings whether it be an ant nest or being observant enough to let me know that there is a hole on my side roof panel that needs repairing.
