We will not be using Terminix. We are previous customers and we were looking to re-establish service. The person sent to our home seemed to be a salesman who quoted us $20,000 and was pushing getting our attic immediately re-insulated. An immediate “urgent” subscription to allow them to fully work on our “problem.” It was clear he was looking to make a commission. Instead of giving options or reasonable prices he kept pushing for “exclusion” work. I called the Customer Service team to see if i could at least just get a monthly membership BUT instead was met with a rude person who told me to email the tech and ask them for it. For the record we don’t have anything major other than the occasional pests we get with changing seasons. However if you asked Terminix it’s time to burn the house down and move states ! We got a second opinion and went with someone else. And no I will not be emailing your social support account Terminix .. save it .. Cheers !

We've been using Terminix for a while, so for that and their years of great Service in the past - 2 stars. After several years we have to say we've finally had enough for the following reasons: 1) Increasing Prices, 2) Last minute communication about an Appointment, 3) Minimal "rapid" external treatment, 4) No follow up to inquire on a need for any internal issues, 5) Upselling to full pest treatment and "insulation" at a significant cost, 6) Cancelling means that a recent payment does not count toward any issues not resolved during the recent visit, 7) Calling the local office seems impossible - only a general 800 number is available, 8) The Customer Service team are only interested in Revenue - not resolving an issue (bug related or billing!!) and certainly not empathic when it comes to trying to keep current Customers, and I'm sure there is more... Their prices seem to have increased every year, to the point where it is now double what we were paying 5 years ago!! We always had a good relationship with the technicians who came, but in recent years it seems that they just rush from one Customer to the next. The "Exterior General Treatment" we had a quarterly contract for has mostly resulted in the Technician applying some treatment in a few spots outside, and maybe sweeping away a cobweb!! The notice of their arrival is by text on a smart phone, usually late in the afternoon the day before. Scheduling and working around that means that they now take it to mean they have done their best to contact us and turn up when they can. Years ago they would always knock, or ring the doorbell, and inform us they that had arrived and were starting, or had just completed the service. They would always inquire if anything internally needed review or treatment, although that seems to be a thing of the past. The only time that they have followed up in the past year was to "upsell" their service and offer a complete pest control and insulation - for a few thousand dollars... In closure, after cancelling the service (shortly after a visit that I did NOT know was going to occur) - I have my quarterly bill for that 10 minute visit. It is for the quarter - but because I've cancelled the service - they will not come back and perform an internal treatment. Can I refuse to pay for the treatment that was done? Of course - but as their Customer Service states - I owe them for that treatment and failure to pay means it will go to Collections... I am pretty sure I will need a pest treatment again when Spring and Summer roll around again - but I will not be using Terminix.

I have had Terminix for over 15 years. The technician (David Dowdy) and I have become friends. He is knowledgeable and detail oriented. I look forward to his visits. The home has been bug free for many years.

I’ve been using these services on a quarterly basis for many years. My technician Archie Donaldson never disappoints! He is a great communicator - always contacts me the day before and after every visit if I’m not home. He’s very punctual and very friendly. Highly recommended Archie he takes pride in his work - solved my ant problem for years!!

Archie Donaldson is a fantastic technician at Terminix. We have had a pest control company for 25 years. Currently we have Terminix and have been very happy with their service, especially when we got Archie. He can identify things that other people miss. He comes for extra service calls when needed and always communicates well by text, phone, and in person. He is great at educating us about pest problems and how to prevent them.

Our service tech, Archie Donaldson was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing showed me several issues we had took care of my wasp nest even though that wasn’t on the list of what I had noticed.
