Had the worst experience as a new customer of Terminix. Lots of communication issues and I only had 2 appointments total. The first session, 2 seperate techs came out at different times… the second call, no one showed up or called to tell us about a change in scheduling and didn’t show up with a ladder as stated in the service notes. The entire reason I called was to get rid of stink bugs, but according to the tech their services won’t get rid of the issue (which is why I paid for them to come out). Do not reccomend.

I had a small termite issue and had Terminix come out. The person who did the inspection looked at where I showed him where I thought the problem was. The inspector took about 5 minutes, did not inspect anything other than what I showed him. Had Terminix spray the small area. I had another company come out and they did a thorough inspection,said the spray job was awful. I had the other company do the spray and foam treatment and set the bait traps around my house. Terminix is still trying to get me to pay for a service they did not perform correctly. After talking with Terminix the agreed to refund my money and have not done so to this day. Now they say they will come back to correct the issues that I have already taken care of. Also had the manager call me and say he will take care of everything, never heard from him again either. Poor service, poor work and terrible management. Would never use this company. Service: Termite inspection
