Blas was very kind and informative. We're new to CT and didn't anticipate mice, especially so soon. He explained the inspection results and confirmed my suspicions. The proposal was not as much as I had expected, which was nice. He gave a good breakdown of the different options. One thing was added when I went to sign that was not previously discussed, but he was quick to respond with an explanation and apology when I asked about it. No harm, no foul. I was also able to schedule services to start within a few days which is fantastic. Inspection was free, cost of services depends on many factors but i feel for pest and rodent it was certainly priced reasonably.

We had an initial inspection with Jovon (might be spelling it wrong) and he was very welcoming and informative. He broke down our options and also provided helpful advice. Then we were visited by two other termix employees to set traps and complete the sealing outside the house. One was Gary and he was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and informed us when he will be back. Javier completing the sealing outside the house and he called and explained what he was going. Then he came in the house to double check traps. Everyone was respectful with such a sensitive situation and made sure we were made aware of our options. They completed their task in a timely manner.
